500g Coyo Organic Coconut Yogurt 
2x Mangoes 
Honey to taste

Mango Frozen Yoghurt Treats

To prep the mango first you will slice it up and scoop out as much fruit as possible. (Bonus: snack on the leftovers!)
Blend, Mix, Stir – Add the mango, coconut yogurt, and honey to a food processor or mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. (Hand-held mixers will also do the trick)
Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours (overnight is best!- I know the wait is suspensful)
And Enjoy! Pop them out and cool down with a tropical, creamy bite.

Swap mango for berries, banana, or any fruit you love! Around 2 cups worth is best. 
Simply add your desired amount of sweetness with a drizzle or two of honey.
