Salted mango and coconut icy poles
Blend up equal amounts of mango flesh and coconut milk. Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice and a pinch of salt to help stay nice and hydrated.
Taste and tweak. More lime juice? A splash of maple syrup?
Pour into icy pole moulds (or in our case, freezer-friendly cups with paddle pop sticks) and freeze overnight.
